Builder Series Plans:

Some ESHPlans are part of our Builder Series that offer one or more alternate plans with identical footprints, created to streamline the home builder’s marketing and building process, while giving their customers more choices.

Also note that many of our plans include a Plan Plus Option. Plan Plus Options have floor plan alternatives included in our drawings. These alternatives are added as additional sheets in each set of plans; e.g, Dining and Den “swaps”.

DISCOUNTS: The Following discounts apply to Builders purchasing (CAD or PDF files) ESHPlans and digital Front Elevations, Sales Plans and Virtual Renderings:

At the time of purchase:
-Receive 15% off  a purchase of any single ESHPlan. Discount applies to corresponding digital Front Color Elevations, Sales Plans and Virtual Renderings.
-Receive 20% off of a purchase of two to four ESHPlans. Discount applies to corresponding digital Front Color Elevations, Sales Plans and Virtual Renderings.
-Receive 25% off of a purchase of five ESHPlans. Discount applies to corresponding digital Front Color Elevations, Sales Plans and Virtual Renderings.

Purchase within a calendar year:
-Buy any five ESHPlans within a calendar year and get a sixth plan in the same collection, for free. This offer also applies to Front Color Elevations, Sales Plans and Virtual Renderings.

-ESHP is very interested in obtaining high quality photographs of ESHP homes and especially furnished model homes. Let us know if you are considering professional photographic services. We can help!

Re-Use Policy:
We currently do not charge re-use fees from our valued builders who purchase ESHPlans in CAD (Reproducible) format. We do reserve the right to request notification of multiple homes built from our plans, and we insist that our title block and copyright be visible on every sheet and individual image that is in use.

We enthusiastically promote our builder partners currently constructing our home designs. Please check out our 'Builders' tab and go to 'Find a Builder' for homes in-progress and completed.
This service is provided at no charge. We encourage our builder partners to send photos and written information regarding the project, homes, energy specs and your business. Photos of the builder are encouraged too! Please send pics, specs, and your story to:
